Promise Tire Maintenance Plan

Your purchase is covered in two ways: the manufacturer’s warranty and the Promise Tire Maintenance Plan. The Promise Tire Maintenance Plan is valid at any Point S Tire & Auto Service, Tire Factory or our National Warranty Partner locations.
Here’s what the Promise Tire Maintenance Plan includes:

FREE AIR CHECK
It’s important to check your air pressure monthly, even with TPMS sensors. Proper inflation is important for long wear. Proper inflation is important for long wear. We’ll inflate your tires to the manufacturer’s specifications. Nitrogen inflation may be extra.

FREE TIRE INSPECTION
At any point during the life of your tires, we will inspect them. Let our experts look for irregular wear or damage that could shorten the life of your tires.

FREE TIRE ROTATION
Please stop in every 5,000 miles so we can rotate your tires for free. Does not include dismounts or mounts. Proof of recommended rotation is required. Charges may be applied to vehicles equipped with TPMS.

FREE FLAT REPAIR
All flats will be repaired according to Tire Industry Association guidelines free of charge until the tire is worn to 3/32″. Expires in three (3) years. Some charges may apply to commercial vehicles, vehicles with TPMS sensors, or tires mounted on specialty rims. Tires that are not properly inflated, flat or damaged by customer neglect, or abuse are excluded. You are also covered by your manufacturer’s warranty for:

MILES/YEARS
All new passenger tires and tubeless light truck tires listed on the attached invoice are covered by this SERVICE AGREEMENT & “MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY” CONTRACT and will be given service or remedied under this service agreement upon presentation of this document at any Point S, Tire Factory or National Warranty Partner locations. Any automotive services, repairs, or parts not specifically mentioned in this service coverage are not covered under this program.

SERVICE TRANSFER
If you should sell or trade your vehicle during the service policy, this coverage is transferable to the new owner when all service conditions are met. Check with the selling dealer for availability.

Promise+ Plan

Your purchase of the Promise+ Plan includes all the benefits of the Promise Tire Maintenance Plan including industry leading Road Hazard and Tire Replacement.

Additional Promise+ Benefits include:

FREE TPMS RESET
We will reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensor for free. Does not include dismounts or mounts. Proof of recommended rotation is required.

FREE TIRE RE-BALANCING
Re-balancing for the life of your tires. We recommend this service annually to increase the life of your tires.

FREE ALIGNMENT CHECK
Every 15,000 miles we will inspect your vehicle’s steering and suspension. Subject to in-store equipment availability.
Additional charges will apply for alignment service.

FREE ROAD HAZARD AND TIRE REPLACEMENT POLICY
Point S, Tire Factory or National Warranty Partner locations will provide free tire replacement, including installation, for the first four (4) years after purchase if a tire fails due to a normal road hazard. A tire is considered worn out at 3/32″ for consumer safety which would void the coverage. Normal road hazards include non-repairable punctures, breaks or cuts in the tire that occurred on paved or maintained roads. The coverage does not include any damage that happened off-road. Regardless of mileage, you will be covered for the life of the original tread down to 3/32″ remaining, or 48 months from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first for a road hazard occurrence. Must provide proof of required rotation. Excludes commercial vehicles. Excludes tires that are not properly inflated, run-flat or damaged by customer neglect. Replacement tires must meet vehicle manufacturer specifications. This plan only covers replacement of the damaged or defective tires; the customer is responsible for replacing any other tires. Additional charges may apply for all wheel drive vehicles.

Promise+ AWD Plan

Your purchase of the Promise+ AWD Plan includes all the benefits of the Promise+ Plan with industry leading Road Hazard and Tire Replacement for all four (4) tires. This plan covers the replacement of all four (4) tires on the vehicle, if determined by installing dealer.

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL PLANS

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE POLICY
Point S, Tire Factory, or National Warranty Partner locations will not be responsible for any consequential damages arising out of a tire failure. These service and plan agreement give specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary from state, to state. For instance, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

OUT OF SERVICE AREA ROAD HAZARD REIMBURSEMENT
If you are not within 25 miles of a Point S, Tire Factory or National Warranty Partner location or can’t get to one of our locations by using your spare tire according to the manufacturer’s guidelines (see vehicle manual for spare tire instructions), your selling Point S, Tire Factory or National Warranty Partner location will reimburse you the cost for a like-product tire replacement at any tire dealer, as part of the Road Hazard and Tire Replacement Policy. To ensure maximum reimbursement, contact the Point S, Tire Factory or National Warranty Partner location where you purchased the tires prior to replacement. Tire damage and replacement must be documented with photos and an invoice.

Reimbursement at a non-partner store does not include the cost of mounting, balancing or a plan related issue after the replacement.

EXCLUSIONS
The Promise+ Plan expires four (4) years from purchase. The original invoice and proof of purchase of Promise+ Plan is required if serviced at a location other than where purchased.’ You are also covered by your manufacturer’s warranty for:
